"I worked out regularly and ate healthily, but my weight kept creeping up. Starting Michele's program was a bit overwhelming, and I was skeptical about whether it would work. I was at the end of my search for a solution to take the weight off. "I’ve lost 20 lbs and I won’t lie and say that it’s not about how I look, because that’s certainly a big part of it. But there is so much more to it than that.
I knew my body was going down a path that only led to less movement, less strength, and less vitality.
